New Flexitarians should avoid meat on two days of the week and limit their meat consumption to 26 ounces per day for the other five days.
The Advanced Flexitarian suggests that people reduce their meat consumption further by following a vegetarian diet for three to four days per week, and consuming no more than 18oz total of meat during the remainder of the week.
